'Friends of Haydock'

The ‘Friends of Haydock’ are involved with fund raising and volunteer work in school and we would love our parents and carers to get involved. We get together to discuss ideas and forthcoming events and it would be completely up to yourself how much time you give.

Groups like ours create a partnership between teachers, parents, relatives and the community.

What we have done so far:

• Christmas Fayres with an appearance by Santa in his grotto.
• Car Boot Sales during the warmer weather!
• We have climbed the equivalent of Ben Nevis on our Indoor Climbing Wall.
• Fancy Dress Disco for our Year 7 students.
• A Christmas Turkey & Tinsel afternoon for our local older residents.

Forthcoming events:

• An Olympic themed Disco for students on Thursday 28th June.
